Please contact us at support@tallenthpm.com or 865-321-1793 if you have any questions regarding the types of HOA services.
FULL-SERVICE HOA MANAGEMENT
A full comprehensive wide range of services that include on-site HOA management, which are tailored to meet the needs of your community. With the assistance of a manager, all the day-to-day operations of the HOA will be efficiently managed. This includes overseeing maintenance tasks, handling financial matters, and facilitating effective communication between homeowners.
This HOA management approach is particularly well-suited for larger associations or communities that are grappling with challenges related to their board members. The presence of an HOA manager, coupled with the extensive resources offered by Tallent HOA Property Management, can bring substantial advantages, so your community can continue to run smoothly.

REMOTE SERVICE HOA MANAGEMENT
There are some HOA boards that possess the capability to oversee their general operations but require assistance with administrative tasks and or financial management. In such cases, Tallent HOA Property Management can offer remote (virtual) services, which will provide the necessary support.
With remote service, your HOA community will receive about 80 percent of the services they would receive under our traditional Full Service HOA Management. When working with Tallent HOA Property Management’s remote services, your HOA board will continue to hold meetings and coordinate the tasks that result from those discussions. However, Tallent HOA Property Management’s team won’t be physically present to oversee the meeting proceedings.
The primary distinction associated with remote service is that Tallent HOA Property Management will not be physically on-site to perform tasks, engage in face-to-face discussions with board members and homeowners, or directly handle immediate conflicts or issues that may arise.
While your HOA remains responsible for on-site operations, one of the main benefits of remote service are lower costs. This cost-effective solution enables HOAs to benefit from Tallent HOA Property Management’s essential support while simultaneously saving your community on HOA management fees.
CONSULTING SERVICE HOA MANAGEMENT
Even in the case of a well-functioning HOA, there are occasions when some additional support is required. If your Homeowner Association finds itself in need of assistance with specific projects, the board has the option to consider HOA consulting services.
When engaging with Tallent HOA Property Management as a consultant, our role is to provide guidance and advice to the board regarding necessary actions. Once the project is completed, the contractual consultant agreement with Tallent HOA Property Management is terminated. As a result, HOAs will not be obligated to continue paying our management fees during periods when they do not require these types of services.
